Hampton Inn by Hilton St Louis Airport

Is was decent. Coffee was good. Bed was kinda hard. Breakfast was free. Stayed to drop out son off at the airport because they have a 24 hr shuttle. Was able to get a shuttle back no issues. Will stay again but try out their Hilton side as it's two hotels meshed together

A friend and I were on our way to New Orleans to celebrate my late husband. When we arrived the check-in had some issues-not with the hotel, but there was a problem with the way it was booked. Cortez & Lance were phenomenal & were able to remedy it for the price I had booked it for. This was an emotional journey for me & they put my mind at ease. When we returned, 3 days later, my friend and I had different flights. I didn’t get in until 10pm. The shuttle for the hotel never pulled to the curb so I missed it twice. I had 3 different shuttle drivers from other hotels get off their buses and asked what I was waiting on. I also called the hotel and they told me it would be 6-10 minutes. I watched and no one from my hotel ever pulled to the curb. Finally, almost 30 minutes later, a driver from another hotel, who had seen me there, came back for the second time and offered to take me. He was the one who told me the driver had been thru twice. I broke my foot several weeks ago and was in a boot so all I wanted to do was get back to the hotel. If I could rate the shuttle service, I would give it zero stars. Frank at the Hampton was very apologetic and relayed my concerns to Brandy, the front desk manager. They both addressed the situation. I appreciated their efforts to insure my experience was heard and that I was taken care of. Front desk & hotel are 5star.

We didn't check in until we got to the hotel about 530 pm. We weren't aware that Hampton/Hilton are "first come first serve" hotels. We had in advance reserved a 2 queen room and they had given them all away by the time we got there. They changed us to a king bed room with sofa bed. Which was fine, just not ideal. Dashia at the front desk was accommodating with the change, and gave us a discounted rate along with free parking. She was wonderful! The front desk manager that night was great too! I am sorry I didn't get her name down. We were appreciative of them making it right with us and I will say that definitely turned a negative into a positive. Breakfast was decent. Beds were comfy and clean.

Mr. Cortez at the front desk was very professional. He should be the face of Hampton Inn Suites or Hilton, doing commercials. This is the guy for advertisement. He ensured my stay was comfortable. The breakfast was AH-MAZING. Everything was clean & the presentation was AH-MAZING. The lady over the breakfast was friendly, approachable & ready to add anything necessary to my breakfast experience.

The room was nice and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a view of the airport and it was fun to watch the planes takeoff and land.

Overall positive business trip experience. They've been open for a while but it seems like they're still working out some kinks. Breakfast was solid Hampton Inn style. Dining area neat and clean. I noticed right away the dueling Hampton Inn muzak and the loud music show on the TV. Not a big deal but bugged me at 6:30 AM. I'd say a quiet weather channel would be best. My room had a small dining table instead of a desk, which was ok. HVAC worked well. Quiet. Didn't hear planes at all. Nice TVs. Coffee setup in room unorganized. I had decaf only, a big deal to a coffee addict like myself. My room had no place for my unpacked clothes! Nice staff. Bus service. Hampton Inn is connected internally to the neighboring Hilton, providing a restaurant option. Lobby snack bar is better than average.

Kinda difficult to get to using Google maps. They are attached to a Hilton which made it more difficult. The staff were very polite and friendly. Ron was recently updated and very clean. Very quiet for being so close to the airport.

The staff here were so happy and accommodating. Very welcoming space. I am grateful that my check jn process and interactions with staff were so smooth and helpful. Gold star!
